Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA, served from EU data centres incl. Frankfurt). When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) is processed in server logs — legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and statistics
Technically necessary storage: your cookie choice is stored locally in the browser (localStorage “bas_consent”). Statistics via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) are loaded only after you accept in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) Austrian TKG). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page; nothing is loaded afterwards.
Embedded content
YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.): showreels are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and loaded only when the section becomes visible or you start a video; data (incl. your IP address) is then transmitted to Google.
Maps on the “Vienna Atlas” page use Leaflet with OpenStreetMap tiles (OpenStreetMap Foundation); your IP address is sent to the tile server.
Fonts are delivered locally or via the hosting provider.

If you write by email or WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.), your details are processed to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and deleted after completion or statutory retention periods. Meta’s privacy policy additionally applies to WhatsApp.
Social media links
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube are plain links; data is processed only when you visit the respective platform.
